Mango Chutney and Yogurt Nachos

Mango Chutney and Yogurt NachosIngredients

  • half a 12- to 14-ounce bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar
  • 1 small red onion, quartered and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Major Grey’s mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450° F. On a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, layer the chips, Cheddar, and onion. Bake until the Cheddar is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Top with the chutney, yogurt, and cilantro.
