Ingredients
- 1/8 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1 cup cake flour
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup raw sugar or agave syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup ground almonds or almond meal
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Pour into a "greased" pan of choice.
- Pop into oven at 350 degrees and bake 30-40 minutes depending upon
- size of pan. Edges will pull back when done.
- Melt 1 cup sweetened chocolate - cut into batter 15 minutes into baking.
- Avocado buttercream:
- 1 avocado
- 1 # powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tsp lemon juice
