Grillin’ in the Rain: Orange-Ginger Sauce and Marinade

Grilled  Orange-Ginger Tofu topped with Mango Chutney with Shirataki Noodles and Grilled ChayoteIngredients
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar (or other sweetener)
2 tablespoons light soy sauce or ponzu
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Mix all ingredients well. Use uncooked as a marinade, or heat and reduce slightly to use as a dipping sauce.
