Bananas fried with a bit of cocao and cinnamon

imageIngredients:
  • 1 & 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 bananas
  • oil for frying 
Directions:
  • Mix flour, milk, egg, cinnamon, cocoa and salt in a bowl. Dough should be a bit thicker, so it will stick around banana. Cut bananas in smaller pieces (like on a picture above) and place in a dough, so it will be covered with it. 
  • Heat a pan (over a medium heat) with an olive oil and fry bananas on both sides for about 2-3 minutes (until fried and looking nicely crispy). Tastes great with a castor sugar.
