Lettuce & Goats' cheese Omlet

Ingredients: 
lettuce and goats' cheese omlette
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mixed herbs, you can choose which one you like
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 30g  diced soft goats’s cheese
  • few leaves of baby lettuce
  • salt and black pepper   

Directions: 

Beat the eggs, milk, herbs, salt and pepper together. Melt butter in a pan, swirl in egg mixture and cook over a medium heat. When it formed a layer from the bottom side and is still a little runny in the center, scatter cheese and leaves over the half of the omelet.
