Quinoa Porridge with plums

Ingredients:

  • quinoa 
  • plums in syrup 

Directions:


It’s good to soak quinoa in a water for at least 15 minutes. Drain it, transfer into a pot, add on 1/2 cup of quinoa 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk (or just 1 cup of water) and bring it to a boil over a high heat. When it starts to boil reduce the heat to low and cook for another 30 minutes. When done, set aside for 5 minutes.
Serve it with plums and few spoons of syrup. After a breakfast like this one, your body will be very grateful :).
