Ingredients:
- 1/4 avocado, cut into slices
- 4-5 large strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 medium cucumber, cut into slices
- 1 medium plum tomato, sliced
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 medium red pepper, sliced
- 2 teaspoons sweet and sour strawberry dressing
- 1 large collard wrap
Directions:
Prepare all of the wrap ingredients (slicing, chopping, etc…) Next, place the collard wrap on a cutting board and begin layering the ingredients. Fold the bottom of the wrap in and roll the sides together. Cut in half and enjoy!
