- 1 large Peach, peeled and sliced
- 1 (6-oz.) carton nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 dash Nutmeg, optional

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired. Serve immediately.
