Sprouted Lentil Tabouli

Sprouted Lentil Tabouli

3 C red lentil sprouts
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 bunch parsley, rough chopped
1/2 head celery, finely chopped
2 cucumbers, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with sea salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice and olive oil to taste.
