Red Leaf Lettuce With Peach and Fresh Chevre
Ingredients

red leaf lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces

walnuts, toasted, roughly chopped

chevre cheese, very young

tablespoon
fresh basil, chopped
For the dressing

tablespoon
raspberry vinegar

pinch
salt
1/2
teaspoon
Dijon mustard

walnut oil

black pepper
